Mad for Monday (Max's Weekend Update): Looking Back (And Slightly Ahead)

Hi Friends,

How are you?  What did you do this weekend?

We are first going to look back and finish our post on my weekend with Auntie Tam before Sadie's BIRTHday.  Then I'll give you a summary on this weekend.

Okay so this photo and the photo below ... no, they aren't the best photos, but you can see why we had to share them!  First, I have a little jumping game I love to play on the couches.  Mommy will have to catch it on video soon.  I was demonstrating my jumping game to Auntie Tam when she came to visit.  I got some elevation, no?

I finally let Auntie Tam hug me!  We do lots of "kisses" via FaceTime, but it's just not the same as in person.

On Saturday night (before Sadie came) we enjoyed a meal out at one of Mommy's favorite places in Houston, Paulie's.

I enjoyed lots of goofy time with Auntie Tam.

Paulie's has great food, but what Mommy really loves is their famous shortbread cookies.  Not only do they look great, but they are very yummy.  Thanks Pops for my Paulie's meal and cookies!

Auntie Tam ... Sadie loves the gifts you got her!  (Sophie the Giraffe and the Personalized Satin Trim Blanket are from Pottery Barn Kids).  I can't wait to read the book to her.

Gramby and Pops treated me to a B. Critter Clinic - thank you!

We had a great and very memorable weekend before Sadie's arrival.  More on the first week of her arrival soon!

And now ... how was THIS weekend?  We had a great weekend!  Mommy might argue she was trapped inside (she has to mostly stay inside to take care of my Super Little Sister) ... I ran errands with Dada, and we went to the park (afterwards I ate a whole carton of strawberries!).  We also had some visitors over this weekend (see photos below).  And my Mimi took me to my last music class of the semester.

Super Sadie aka Sissy did some Activity Gym time this weekend!  Baby Meathead in the making?  No.

We love visitors!  Daddy's friends came to visit - the C family.  I had such a great time playing with "Little" C.  Sissy is decked out in her Houston Rockets red.  Thanks for visiting!  We love visitors.  Thank you also for my (early) 2nd Birthday bulldozer and for Sissy's clothes.

My eyes are open for "Auntie" A!  She came to visit on Sunday.  We watched the Texans go up 7 and 1.  Thank you also for Mommy's delicious Little Bigs lunch ... I love the "cuh" and "dip" (aka friends and Ketchup).  Come again soon!
