YES Prep SE Electives Team: We Are Taking Over The World.

Obviously.

I had my F1RST visit out of the womb to YES Prep Southeast (home of the Wizards).  A new building and everything!  Boy, they know how to welcome Mad Max properly (although they didn't know I was coming ... well, "Auntie" JCranc did, but she's TW2 so she probably didn't remember.  Love you "Auntie" JCranc!).

I had a very important meeting to attend with the Electives Team (JCranc, Rita, B, Omar, and Michelle... well, we were minus Michelle.  We missed you!  TW!).  It was so nice to meet some of them for the F1RST time.

Here I am.  At the meeting.  With Rita.  Nice smile I got, huh?  I got that from Mommy.  Hah!  I was slightly distracted at the meeting ... our art room looks like a REAL art room.  Such an upgrade for Super Mad Max.

Here I am still at the meeting (obviously) with JCranc and Omar.  B was probably lost without his sidekick Michelle.

Two claps for JCranc for leading the meeting ... Omar for pretending to take notes... and the others for just being there.  And of course for planning my (well, our) upcoming F1RST Electives Exhibition on Thursday, May 12th after school.  Bring it!  Stay tuned for more info about our show.  We hope you can make it!

I was a bit sick to my stomach during the meeting.  Drank too much at lunch.  Would you expect anything less?  Winning (thanks Charlie Sheen)!  Mommy didn't bring enough burp clothes, so I just used her shirt.  And her jeans.  And her arm.  And her hand.  Maybe her hair too.  But then ...

Good thing I pulled myself together ... once it started to spread that Mad Max was in the building .. I knew what it felt like to be Justin Bieber at a local mall on Spring Break.  And Mommy thought it was an appropriate time for a peep show Super Diaper change.

Wow, I look like I drink beer instead of Scotch.  Wizards were laughing at the way I talk.  No need to be jealous of my Brit Accent.  I have enough conversation to go around!  Politics?  The arts?  Literature?  Sports?  Celebrities?  I'm there.  Mommy and I keep up with our reading time.

I need a status report on our meeting by end of business this Friday.

You can sign me up for drinks for our next meeting.

TW Mommy was only able to snap a few photos with a few visitors ... she was distracted by all of the vomit on her clothes.  I'm not claiming it!  We'll have to come back soon to take more photos.

100% missing Mad Max every day that is for sure!  Here I am above looking like a Mini Super Infant with "Auntie" Sarah.

We are discussing the upcoming AP test.  I was slightly upset after realizing I couldn't take it this year.

Blowing some nice gas Auntie LAR's way.  Love you!

I think they were either talking about Common Assessments, Crackheads, or Cupcakes.  It's a toss up.

See everyone again soon!  Photo with Mad Max = possible blog posting!

Fan Club at the Hospital

Mad Max lovesssss visitors!  I really loved my hospital visitors and any extra special attention I got during my stay.  You know, being born isn't an easy task ... right, Mommy?

Here is the sign on my hospital room door...all of my visitors got to sign it!

"Auntie" Alicen was my first non-Family Member visitor.  Thanks for coming, and thanks for the Sprinkles cupcakes, Alicen!  Cupcakes are always welcome, says Mommy.

My hospital stay wouldn't have been the same without a visit from "Auntie" Jessicana.  Thanks for the flowers, Auntie J!

I also had a lot of train wreck visitors from my school, YES Prep SE.  This is me with JCranc.  How are you holding up w/o me "Auntie" JCranc?  Thanks for bringing me a flower.  Mommy and I are enjoying it in her room now.

Here I am being held by "Auntie" LAR / LARsies!  I miss you, "Auntie" LAR!  You keep Train Wreck Mommy in check (don't worry, I'm keeping her in check now).

Here I am with Wizard Norma!  Thanks for coming to visit and bringing us such a nice plant.  We are now enjoying it in Mommy's room... which is nice because we are trapped inside.  Mommy, when can we go outside?  Come visit again soon, "Auntie" Norma.

Here we are.. me, Mommy, the Wizards, and "Auntie" Jessicana.  Train Wreck Mommy!  Take a shower, please... oh wait, they wouldn't let you shower yet.  Sorry, Mommy.

Here I am with "Auntie" Brownie.  She brought me a cute monkey outfit, thank you!  I'll have to remind Train Wreck Mommy to take a picture of me in it.

Here I am with "Uncle" Matt and Daddy.  You may remember him from a previous blog post.  He already came to see me at home too!  Come visit again soon.

Daddy's Uncle Dudley and Aunt Maggie came to visit.  Aunt Maggie and I are birthday twins!  MJ and MJ!

I love you, Aunt Maggie.  Don't we have the best birthdays, ever?

And of course a big thank you to my #1 visitors - both sets of Grandparents!  They came to see me almost everyday I think.  They also helped Train Wreck Mommy and Lacking Sleep Daddy.

And here are my pretty flowers from my visitors, and from Auntie Tam and Uncle Michael and from "Auntie" Eek and Family.  Thank you!  Mad Max feels loved by his fans.

My Cord ... My Life Source ...

Dear Cord,

We had a really good run together ... 9 months plus you took care of me and fed me all kinds of tasty treats.  My house / womb / Thunderdome (thanks "Auntie" LARsies) wouldn't have been the same without you!  I know things ended not so ideal ... you wrapped around my neck as I left my original house, I know it was a sad goodbye!  But I was outgrowing my house.  And I know you didn't want to be cut, but I had to move on to air!

And thanks for hanging out for another 11 days with me.  We had fun in our new house!  Getting freshened up with alcohol on you ... avoiding those scary diapers ... scratching Daddy's chest when we did skin to skin bonding ... but tonight I saw it was time for you to let go of me.  I need to move on to be a bigger infant now!  I'm sure Mommy will find a proper place for you.  Mad Max loves you, Cord.

xo Mad Max

1st Pic: My lonely cord.  2nd Pic: My lonely cord with other objects so you can see the size of a Super Cord.  I still have some weird stuff in my Belly Button that Mommy will have to address.  Thanks, Mommy!

Mommy was there to witness my cord moving on.  She had a feeling it was going to be gone soon.  It looked fragile tonight.  Then ...it fell off... I was screaming bloody murder of course... can you imagine something falling off of your body??  Daddy missed the whole thing!  He was sleeping.  But not to worry of course, Mommy saved it for him.

My Bed Before the Bed ... and My Mini Lambie Seat

"The Situation" has his shirt BEFORE the shirt ... but apparently I have my bed before the bed... Mommy and Daddy call it my "bassinet."  Aren't they silly?  They think I'm not ready for my big boy crib!  I think sleeping in my crib sounds much easier than breathing underwater for 9 months!  Try that, Superman.

Either way, Daddy did such a good job putting it together!  He's turned into quite a handyman.  Thank you, Daddy.  And thank you to "Auntie" ... LAR, Rita, and Michelle for helping Mommy buy my Bed Before the Bed.

This above is Daddy confused... looking at the directions.  Just kidding, Daddy.  Ahem.

Wait for it ... wait for it ...

Tada!  Look... it's my Super Bed Before the Bed.  Take that Cowie!  Cowie is keeping the peace between my Bed Before the Bed and My Crib.  My "Bassinet" also turns into a Super Duper Tee Tee and Poo Poo table (Mommy says "Changing Table.")... once I decide to exit the womb, Mommy says she will put it right next to her so she can watch me sleep.  (Crazy Train).

Mommy and Daddy love collecting things that they can sit me in.  What?  Is there not enough room for me on the couch?  But... Daddy's co-worker, Liz, got me a super awesome Mini Lambie Seat!  Mommy and Daddy's couch doesn't bounce - so take that!  Thank you!

1st Annual Lights in the Heights with the Johnson Family

Mommy and Daddy took me to Lights in the Heights last night.  Daddy said we are going to go every year!  Mommy even walked 5,000 miles with her cankles for me (carrying vino, most appropriately).  I got to see Santa and pretty lights.  Well, let me rephrase that ... I heard Santa was there along with great lights.  It's hard to see from station -2 in the pelvis (you try it sometime).

At least I could hear the entertainment!  We also stopped at the Miller's house (Ruthie Johnson Miller ... Mommy's old co-worker from YES Prep SE) for a party.  Mommy's friend, LAR and others were there!  They had such a nice house.  Almost as nice as my womb house.  Mommy and I really enjoyed the peppermint brownies.

Here are a few of our fav stops:

Mommy, me, and VINO...

This guy they call "Santa" is quite the character.  He even had a cigar and bar trolley following him!

Mad Max loves the Gingerbread house.

I can't wait until next year!  Mommy said I might get to ride in a red wagon.  I'll zoom right past the beer smellin' frat boys and hipsters in leggings!

VIP Baby Shower Guests

Mommy said "Auntie" LAR and "Auntie" MC (my co-workers from YES Prep SE) have been very eager to be on my blog.  I don't blame them!

Here we are together at my Mad Max Baby Shower Celebration!  Well, you can't really see my whole house.  But I'm there in spirit.  Sleeping and recovering from the dance party.  Thanks for coming LAR and MC!

But just so you know, all of my Mad Max Baby Shower Celebration Guests were VIP.

Mommy's Mad Max Baby Shower

Mommy said she might need a full week to recover from my Super Shower!  I think I need at least about a month and 1/2.  Auntie Tam may need a full two months!

A super big thanks goes out to our hostesses: Grandma A, Auntie Tam, "Auntie" Stephanie, "Auntie" Eek, and "Auntie" Jessicana!!  And a big thanks goes out to all of our fans ...aka our party guests, including Daddy's Family (Grandma Johnson, Auntie Dana, Cousin Corryn and Rilyn, and Auntie Maggie), Mommy's friends, and more.

I'll provide a few photos and highlights, but all of the photos are on Mommy's Facebook page.

Grandma A did such a great job on my Baby Shower Book and Photo Album!  Take that Martha Stewart.

Look at my cake!!  It's my house.  Touch my swag, if you could ... Grandma A "Stewart" picked it out.  And check out my fabulous favor bags.

Oh, look at my diaper cake!  I think it's from "Auntie" Stephanie.  How funny.  The grown ups put my pampies with the food.  It looks so nice though.  Mommy kept me well fed at the food table!  Grandma A made Martha Stewart worthy cupcakes, and Grandma J also brought Sprinkles Cupcakes.  Mommy loves cupcakes.

Mommy, my house, plus the fam ...

Mommy, my house, plus Auntie Tam, and Mommy's cankles.

Mommy, "Auntie" Stephanie, and Cougar Baby Jocelyn!  Where's my house, Mom?

"Auntie" Jessicana the Mixologist.  She makes the Mad Max guests 'holla!!'  The hostesses served Buttery Nipples.  Aren't they funny making fun of my future food source?  Anything has to be better than this cord.  When was the last time you sat down to dinner and enjoyed a good meal through your belly button?

"Train Wreck" Mommy forgot to take a picture with her bestie, "Auntie" Eek.  Oh, Mommy!  And of course "Auntie" Eek wouldn't remember... she is carrying my friend the fetus!  I like to call him Bob in the meantime.

Here is Fetus Bob's big brother Dylan going for my cake food source!  Step back!  He was a big help to Mommy during my present opening time.  I'll forgive him.

Of course my party is not complete without a Max's House Dance Party.  Here are the winners!  Aren't they funny?  They may ask me to delete this picture.  I'm fired.

Here is Mommy so excited about clothes to dress me in!  Isn't she funny?  I've been going this long without clothes.  But ... Thanks to everyone for all of my gifts!  Mommy, Daddy, and I couldn't do it without you. xo from the womb...

Until my next party ...
