Tuesday's Tots and Wee Ones: Will You Be Mine?

Hi Fans!  What are your Valentine's Day plans?

I'm celebratin' with my favorite gal, (Train Wreck) Mommy!

As you know ... I already have an outfit ready.  In case you missed it, I'll include a few photos below.  Mommy and I wanted to do an outside photo shoot this past weekend, but the weather was bad.  We might go to Discovery Green this weekend to snap some photos.  Mad Max the model.

Here I am in my "Max XOXO" outfit from Chic Couture Boutique on Etsy.  Baby Man Leggings, okay?!

Be sure to check out the Chic Couture shop!

Mommy tried to take pics of me inside ... but ... "sit still, Mummy?"  I don't think so.  Did you pay me for this photo session?

Did you pick an outfit for Valentine's Day?  What will you be stylin' in?

Here are a few more favorites for Tots and Wee Ones that I found on Etsy with Mommy.

Tattoo "I heart Mom" Hat (Babies / Tots) by the hunky dori boutique.  Mommy and I might have to get this one.  Or ... Daddy, how about for Mother's Day?  Hint, hint.

For those of you with twins or sibs (of the boy OR girl variety), how can you pass up this number by Mudpies and Dragonflies?

Or wouldn't this be a nice gift for your galfriend?  I'm thinking about one particular Super Baby Girl in music class that would like the "VE."

Are you looking for the best Valentine's Day cards for your Super Boy?  Check out the printable Valentine's Day cards on One Charming Party.  You can tell them Mad Max sent yah!  (I'm partial to the Super Hero one).

Finally ... in honor of yesterday's Superbowl (the Valentine's Day for Super Dads), I will leave you with two things:

Mad Max's Favorite Superbowl Commercial (a whistling Super Baby ...and a Speed Dating Super Baby?  Sold):

How are you gearing up for the big Valentine's Day?

Did you have a favorite Superbowl Commercial?

Mad for Monday (Max's Weekend Update): Two Steppin' ...

Hi Family, Friends, and Fans!  How was your weekend?

Train Wreck Mommy and I are working on a slight (and on-going) redesign of my blog.  What do you think??  Be sure to leave comments, and let us know if you have any suggestions.  We may or may not take them.  Ahem.

Be sure to also click FOLLOW (at the top, left-hand corner) of the blog.  We are building our fan base. We're working on a creative venture (details forthcoming), and we are starting with building our fan base.  Thanks always, fans!

Weekend update?

Blog Redesign.  Super Boy (Caleb's) Birthday Party.  Paulie's Restaurant.  Gearing up for Valentine's Day.  Two Steppin'.  Found My Belly.  And so much more ... (Really do you need anything beyond "Found My Belly"?

Here's a few highlights (and lowlights?) ...

Here I am at Super Boy's (Caleb's) 7 year old Birthday Party at what the Train Wrecks call a "Skating Rink"... I'm on pedophile watch right here (and Train Wreck Skating watch!  You did a great job, Mommy.  Ahem).

Happy Birthday, Caleb!  Thanks for inviting us.

Train Wreck Mommy and I are gearing up for Valentine's Day.  She got me a personalized (Max XOXO) onesie with BABY MAN leggings from Chic Couture Boutique.  My Hero Daddy is (to put it nicely) not too sure about my man "leggings" ... but is Max bringing in the ladies?

Let's just say, I have a Valentine!

Mommy and I wanted to do a Vday photo shoot outside this weekend in the city, but the weather was horrible.  Better luck next weekend!

I went with the Train Wrecks and Gramby and Pops (Gma and Gpa A) to Paulie's Restaurant.  This is one of my favorite eatin' spots in H-Town!

They have great shortbread cookies (see the Vday cookie above).

What else?

Oh yah, I took two steps forward this weekend (gearin' up for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo), and I found my belly.

If you missed my YouTube video of when I found my belly (it's not to be missed), be sure to look at the most recent vid on my YouTube Channel: Mad Max and Family.

How was your weekend?  Find your belly, lately?

Mad Style: I Heart You.

I'll keep bringing you blogs while Mommy and I organize the rest of my birthday blogs ...

Hopefully I'll have them posted BEFORE February.

Speaking of February ... one of Max's favorite holidays is approaching.  Valentine's Day: I heart the ladies!

I know Train Wreck Mommy is already "surprising me" with the book, Max's Valentine.  Don't you love Max and his sister, Ruby?

(By the way, Mommy ...it's not a surprise when it's on the kitchen table where I can see it!  Love you.)

Mommy is also getting more in the spirit of Valentine's Day this year (maybe because she loves me so!) ... and she was smitten with all of Target's decorations.  She plans to also show off her "baking skills" with "Auntie" Alicen and make some Vday treats (vegan please, Mommy!).

And finally, she ordered this Valentine's Day number for me from Etsy: Chic Couture Boutique.  It'll woo all the ladies, don't you think?

By the way, the photo is obviously not me.  And Mommy got me a personalized one.  Just.  You.  Wait.  Check out those rockin' lil' man leggings!

Hmm, maybe I need to rethink this.

Either way, Mommy wants to do a Valentine's Day photo shoot... any suggestions on what we should do or where we should go?

Where does Mad Max find love?

If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment and let us know!  I look forward to hearing from you.

Let's start with Christmas Eve ...

On the night before Christmas ... and all through the townhouse... etc etc etc... okay, yes, it's 2012 (Happy New Year!), but Train Wreck Mommy and I have been very busy!  We are back at work, exploring creative adventures, and most importantly, gearing up for my 1st Birthday THIS Saturday (do you know how many hours Mommy has logged on her craft adventures?!)

I will do my best to catch you up on my Holiday Break adventures.

I hope you had a wonderful holiday.  What was your favorite part?  Mine was that Auntie Tam came to visit!  Here I am doing a crazy "prune" face, and Auntie Tam has her crazy smile.

Auntie Tam!  Auntie Tam!  I just messed with my dirty boy parts when Mommy changed my pampie.

In the Alcancia Family we have a tradition of opening Christmas Eve gifts.  Luckily, me, Mad Max, scored with more than one!  Here I am opening gifts from Gma and Gpa A (Gramby and Pops).

If I pull REAL HARD ... the ... paper ... may ... rip.

Tissue.  Paper.

This is what my future sister would look like ... said Mommy!

Thank you for my wonderful new reindeer pjs, Christmas book, and Sophie puppet!

Later ... I also opened Christmas Eve surprises from Train Wreck Mommy and My Hero Daddy.  So excited!  (Mommy didn't do too well with the photos.  See: Train Wreck.)

The Christmas Morning photo before I woke up (or rather, before THEY woke me up).

See!  What crazy people wake up a baby!?  What time is it?  I'm not even decent!  My pants are off, and I am on my pee pee and poo poo table!

If you read my outfit closely, you will see that I am Santa's helper (thanks to Baby Gap).  Therefore, I was up late.

But ... thank you goes out also to Mommy and Daddy for my Christmas Eve pjs and book!

Stay tuned ...

Does your family have any Christmas Eve traditions?

Christmas Update: 3 Bottles of Scotch Later ...

I have much to update you on!  Holiday Break ... Three Christmas celebrations ... my two front teeth ... and more!

I will give you a sneak peek ...

Christmas morning at home.  Radio Flyer Super Wagon.  Need I say more?

Ball.  One of my favorite gifts!  And check out my lovely Pottery Barn Kids stocking.

I look concerned.  I WAS concerned.  Hey ... hey guys!  I think we forgot some of my gifts over here.  (Christmas at Gma and Gpa A's (Gramby and Pops)).

Watch out, Blake Griffin!  Thank you for the Little Tikes Sports Center, Auntie Tam and Uncle Michael!

Here I am with Daddy at Gma and Gpa J's.  I'd say something witty here, but I think my Scotch is making me tired.

Mommy tried to get a photo of Mad Max and the Cousins.  Much of the photos looked like this.  Wow.

How are your holidays going?  I'll share more soon!

Paper!!

Train Wreck Mommy and Daddy let me open my first Christmas gift on Monday evening from Aunt Maggie and Uncle Dudley.

I'm interested.  Yet, cautious.

Paper!!  Paper!  Paper!  Paper!

Investigating.

Together.

Apart!!!

Aunt Maggie and Uncle Dudley, thank you so much for my Charlie Brown Christmas book and ornaments.  Mommy and I already read the book, and we put the ornaments on the tree.  We were looking for more Christmas books!

In other news ... I started dragging around my lambie blankie (from Auntie Mandy) on the floor.  Lambie Blankie and I want to go everywhere.  Daddy thinks I'm helping him mop!

Did you start celebrating the holidays yet?

Weekend Update: All I Want For Christmas ...

Is a New York Times photo shoot ...

I probably had my biggest milestone of the year this weekend (or at least, it should rank up there) ... my first New York Times photo shoot this Saturday morning with Train Wreck Mommy and Auntie Tam (more to come on this!).

Here I am before the photo shoot realizing where I left my car keys.  Yes, I am wearing "My Auntie Knows Santa" onesy from Target.  Thanks Auntie Tam!

Mommy said I had a minor meltdown during the photo shoot.  Does this look like the face of a meltdown?  I'm watching you with my one asian eye and my one white eye.

Later this weekend ... Mommy decides to cage me in so she can get a photo of me in front of the Christmas tree.  I'm too busy to notice.  So focused that I go cross eyed.

I can't remember if you've seen my Christmas Stockings yet from Pottery Barn Kids.  But actually that is not the point of the photo.  Here I am visiting my brother, the feline, in prison.

Hey, buddy ... I'll pull a Jack Bauer and get you out of there!

I like giving my nativity scene a pep talk.  They have a big day coming up!

Later that weekend ... I finally was able to help my brother, Hermann, escape, but he seems to be trapped again behind the couch.  Don't worry ... I'm a Black Ops Baby!

This past week I started bringing Mommy and Daddy books to read.  I ask them to read them again and again and again!  I don't know why their eyes seem to glaze over.  We love reading our art books.

More soon!

How did you spend your weekend?

Mad Money: Baby Jesus and Mr. Donkey

I haven't been very consistent with my Mad Money (Shopping) post, but I have to take care of Train Wreck Mommy.

The holidays are here, and your Super Babies can't be without their very own Baby Jesus!  I heart the Baby Jesus.  "I like the baby version the best!"

Here I am with my Fisher-Price Little People Nativity Set from Target.  Baby Jesus can fly really far (Mary, not so much).  The manger is a bit clunky to carry around when crawling, but this is a great buy (thanks, Mommy!).  I really love Mr. Donkey and Camel.  I love carrying them around when crawling (clunk, clunk, clunk).  They don't do so well with carrying me around yet.

I find it slightly odd that the "Three Wise Men" are made up of women and all of the races of Brangelina's children, but more power to them!

Don't worry Jewish Super Babies!  Be sure to get your own Little People Hanukkah Play Set!

What holiday-related item did you get your Super Baby?

Mad Max the Guest Blogger: It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like ...

Today I am guest blogging at Auntie Tam's blog: walks with Bella.  Partly a "Weekend Update" ... and partly a Mad Max's Super Baby Holiday Gift Guide of sorts.

You don't want to miss it!

Here is a sneak peek ... let's just say: Baby's First Santa Picture?  Fail.

I hope you enjoy my guest post at Auntie Tam's blog: walks with Bella.

More soon!  I have many adventures to share.

Weekend Update: Birthdays, Bottles, and Baby Jesus

I swear.  This is allowed.

Look!  Look quick.  My asian and white eye are coming out.  We are both watching you.

On Saturday we went to Nathan and Alyssa's Birthday Party (4 years and 2 years) at Playscape.  Happy Birthday, kids!

Look at me go down the slide.

Um.  Whee?

Okay, Daddy.  Now this is what I am talking about.  Mommy was too scared to go on this one!

Can you find Mad Max?

We got this.

Hydrating after playtime.

Here are my friends enjoying some cupcakes (Yvonne and Corinne).  What's a 10 month old got to do around here to get a cupcake?

Happy Birtthday Alyssa and Nathan!  Thanks for inviting me!

Mommy was checking out their decor.  She's been working hard on my 1st Birthday Celebration!  How do you like these lady bug centerpieces?

Meanwhile back at the ranch ... Here I am in a Santa get-up.  Check out my first Nativity scene.  See it?  Over there?  On the floor?  Poor Baby Jesus!

What happened to the donkey?  What did you say?

So ... are you decorating for the holidays?
